Highlights of the Tour
Lemosho is the most love route on Mt. Kilimanjaro for the lack of crowds and plenty of time for adventurers to acclimatize starting from the western side ofthe mountain. It is also one of the only routes where wildlife can be encountered. If you have the time, we highly suggest this route simply because the route offer high successful rate for a client to make to the roof of Africa (Uhuru peak).
Itinerary
Arrive in Moshi, Tanzania, the gateway town to Mount Kilimanjaro.
Meet your guide and team for a pre-climb briefing and gear check.
Rest and relax at your accommodation in Moshi, ensuring you're well-rested for the trek.
Drive from Moshi to the Machame Gate (approximately 1-2 hours).
Complete park registration formalities at the gate before starting the trek.
Begin the hike through dense montane forest, gradually ascending towards Machame Camp.
Arrive at Machame Camp, set up tents, and enjoy dinner before resting for the night.
Depart Machame Camp after breakfast, trekking through the moorland zone.
Ascend steeply up a ridge, gaining altitude as you approach Shira Camp.
Enjoy panoramic views of Mount Kilimanjaro and the surrounding landscape.
Arrive at Shira Camp, set up camp, and rest for the night.
Begin the day with a gradual ascent towards Lava Tower, a volcanic rock formation.
Trek to the high point of the day at Lava Tower (4,630m) for acclimatization purposes.
Descend to Barranco Camp, passing through the scenic Barranco Valley.
Arrive at Barranco Camp, set up tents, and relax while enjoying views of the Barranco Wall.

Prepare for the summit attempt, organizing gear and resting before the midnight start.
Wake up around midnight for a hot drink and light snack before beginning the summit push.
Start the ascent under the cover of darkness, aiming to reach Stella Point (5,739m) by sunrise.
Continue the final push to Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa, for spectacular views and photo opportunities.
Descend back to Barafu Camp for a rest and hot meal before continuing the descent to Mweka Camp.
